Thanks to our deeply caring and open relationships with our clients, we have reached our 20th year anniversary. Over this time our clients have entrusted us to help them develop their organizations and their leaders. They have challenged us to learn and evolve with them. We are profoundly grateful for their confidence and support.

It is difficult to keep up with the messages I receive from consultancies, both large and small, about breakthroughs and cutting-edge insights they have uncovered and how they can improve my life or the functioning of my teams. My typical response is to ignore the incoming garble. Not so with communications from OI or with conversations I have with Rob and other OI colleagues. A commonly used expression, “separate the wheat from the chaff,” refers to separating generative seeds from waste product. Again and again, OI has contributed many seeds to my development and the development of teams that I have led. In turn, these seeds have grown into plants that have continued to sprout more seeds. Over the years, I have referred OI to many other leaders and organizations and I always receive notes of gratitude for making the connection to OI.
