My first experience as a participant was inspiring, and it led me to invite Rob and Tim to lead a workshop with my students. It was one of the most effective ways to build a team that I have ever seen.

I learned that we all bring different perspectives to what we ‘see’ and that through dialogue you can get a better understanding and be more empathatic to others.

The workshop helped me understand and address a challenge I am facing with a fresh perspective, and gave me insight into my colleagues challenges with deeper empathy. The art element was a way to step out of the cognitive approach we so often revert to in our work lives and to tap into the connection and human side, getting to a deeper level faster.
